LOCAL

Privacy by architecture

Your payroll PDF and CSV stay on your device.

The browser reads the files locally. Document contents, filenames, CSV values, and personal data are not sent to GetKorai. No account is required.

Example

One employee row becomes one file.

The filename column can contain the employee name, ID, or a prepared combination of both.

Common questions

Check the boundaries

Can I split one payroll PDF into payslips by employee?

Yes, if each employee has the same fixed number of pages and the employee CSV is in the same order as the PDF.

Are payroll files uploaded?

No. The PDF and CSV are processed locally in your browser.

Does the tool recognize employee names with OCR?

No. It uses CSV order and fixed pages per record. It does not read names from PDF content.

What if employees have different page counts?

The current workflow cannot infer variable-length records or document boundaries, so it is not the right fit for that batch.
